Chuck & Kristi both have experienced life’s up’s and downs and have both learned the love and compassion the the Doberman Pinscher breed brings to a family.
Chuck served 15 years in the military with several tours in Iraq/Afghanistan. After suffering PTSD and finding no “real” solution to the aftereffects of military service and exposure, Chuck had nearly given up finding anything that would relieve his symptoms.
Immediately upon meeting Bristol, Chuck was impressed to how quickly she picked up on his PTSD/Anxiety and displayed genuine love for him. This led to Chuck getting Drake as his own. Thanks to the Kennel Birkline Drake was gifted to Chuck.
Vita Nova Dobermans was founded out of passion for the breed, a desire to preserve the incredible nature of the Doberman Pinscher, and to simultaneously reach out to other military veterans to share this living solution to Post Traumatic Stress.
